These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, products, and services operated by Accelovations LLC dba Built for the Dip (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in programs, purchasing digital products, joining our community, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Accelovations LLC dba Built for the Dip. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide business consulting, coaching, training, digital products, templates, downloads, memberships, and community access, including:

  • 1:1 consulting and coaching

  • Group programs and workshops

  • Digital courses and downloadable materials

  • Templates, tools, and workbooks

  • Community access (including Skool and future platforms)

  • Subscriptions and memberships

  • Free and paid educational content

Specific services, scope, and deliverables may be outlined on sales pages, order forms, or written agreements.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Creation

You may be required to create an account on certain platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, Billing, and Chargebacks

Payments

You authorize us and our payment processors (such as Stripe and future providers) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, subscriptions, and fees.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Certain services (such as community access or memberships) may be offered on a subscription basis and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation of Subscriptions and Memberships

  • Skool memberships: Must be canceled directly inside the Skool platform according to Skool’s cancellation process.

  • All other subscriptions and recurring services outside Skool: Must be canceled by emailing [email protected] before your next renewal date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry billing and may suspend access until payment is received.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may be considered a violation of these Terms.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Digital Products and Community Access (No Refunds)

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses

  • Templates and workbooks

  • Community and membership access

Consulting, Coaching, and Live Services

Fees for consulting, coaching, group programs, workshops, and live services are non-refundable once services have started.

Missed Sessions and Rescheduling

For 1:1 or scheduled live sessions:

  • You must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for make-ups or refunds

  • Group calls and events do not offer make-up sessions

7. Delivery Terms

Delivery may include:

  • Instant digital access

  • Email delivery

  • Live Zoom or virtual sessions

  • Workshops and online events

  • Platform-based access (Skool, GoHighLevel, or other tools)

Access windows, expiration, or replay availability may vary by product and are described on sales pages or inside the platform.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Showing up on time for scheduled sessions

  • Implementing recommendations at your discretion

  • Maintaining your own business, legal, financial, and compliance decisions

9. Intellectual Property (Company IP + Limited License)

All content, frameworks, templates, videos, materials, branding, and methodologies are the exclusive property of Accelovations LLC dba Built for the Dip.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute content

  • Use materials to create competing products

  • Claim ownership of Company IP

10. User-Generated Content (Community)

If you post content, feedback, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use services for unlawful purposes

  • Share or resell access

  • Introduce malware or harmful code

  • Scrape or harvest data

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

12. Disclaimers (No Guarantees / Informational Only)

All services and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or licensed professional advice.

No specific results are guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on your actions, decisions, and circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the prior 12 months

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accelovations LLC dba Built for the Dip from claims arising from:

  • Your use of services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

15. Third-Party Tools and Links

We are not responsible for third-party platforms (including Skool, Stripe, Zoom, GoHighLevel, Calendly, or others). Their terms and policies govern your use of those services.

16. International Users

If you purchase or access services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with your local laws. Some jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer rights that override portions of these Terms.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or internet service disruptions.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine is harmful to our business or community.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


20. SMS TERMS 

Business Identity Clause:

Accelovations LLC dba Built for the Dip provides SMS messages related to account updates, program information, scheduling, and promotional communications.

Opt-out & Support Mechanisms:

“You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (866) 667-4222. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ([email protected]) or (866) 667-4222.”

Carrier Liability Clause:

“Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.”

Message Frequency Clause:

“As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages a minimum of once per day.

  • Message frequency varies based on engagement, onboarding, campaigns, and event reminders.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  • For help, reply HELP.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
